How to use
Summer black truffle preserved natural, without the addition of preservatives or artificial colors . In its maximum maturation the summer truffle is carefully selected and preserved in brine in order to be appreciated at any time of the year, keeping its organoleptic characteristics and ready to be part of your every recipe. The truffle has to be sliced as a final garnish of the dish, giving a touch of elegance, taste and scent to every dish: like the classic fried eggs, raw seafood, tartare and first courses. We recommend using it combinate with the white truffle extra-vigin olive oil or the truffle butter of Sessa Tartufi in order to enhance even more the flavor.
